Self catering Cape Town accommodation that is comfortable, central and well priced !

21/23 Braemer is based in Green Point, Cape Town and offers the healthy independent traveller no nonsense, comfortable, well priced self catering accommodation in very central easily reachable location with a totally private downstairs setting.

The accommodation consists of 2 double rooms (& shared bathroom) that both have their own access.  The rooms are completely separate, with the bathroom in between them. The self catering apartment has its own street entrance through the lush garden and steps leading to the upper level pool. From there you have wonderful views over the Cape Town Waterfront and Atlantic Ocean.

The building of the Green Point stadium (picture above) 1 km away has resulted in a wonderful upgrade of the area, with boulevards leading through the new Green Point Park to the seaside and many old and new restaurants open within 600 mtrs walking distance. Many guests do not rent a car during their stay: The new BRT bus service is within a 500 mtrs stroll, while the double decker Cape Town city  /peninsula tour bus departs 1 km down the road, the waterfront at 1.5 km walking distance.

The accommodation has just been renovated, providing the necessary self catering facilities, with fridges & microwaves in both rooms, while the double further has a kitchen counter with sink and a 2 plate stove. Both rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for the hot summer days and heating panels for cooler winter times.

Cape Town's first and still foremost delicatessen "shop" Giovanni's is the regular stopover on the way home for most guests, enjoying all the good life has to offer at their own convenience. Further, Woolworths next to Giovanni's offers high quality meals that can easily be micro waved if you feel like catering for your self that night and watching some TV or simply reading a book. There is a large barbeque (braai) on the terrace if you like to enjoy the wonderful outside climate in the evening.

The nearby Cape Town waterfront and all the restaurants & clubs in town and along the coast offer plenty entertainment. Note that Cape Town is a very cosmopolitan city, blessed with a high quality live-style and 21/23 Braemer is situated at walking distance from the many restaurants, bars as well as the waterfront. This centrally situated self catering accommodation is not only very quiet and comfortable, yet also affordable.
